Ingredients
Chicken breast fillets, water, salt, sodium phosphate. In a batter and breading of yellow corn flour, corn starch, canola oil, salt, dextrose, guar gum, toasted wheat crumbs, soy protein isolate, spices, tricalcium phosphate (MFG AID) onion powder, garlic powder. May contain: eggs, milk and/or sulphites.

Preparation & Cooking
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Deep fry: 350F/177C 4 – 7 minutes. Conventional oven: 450F/232C 35 – 45 minutes.

PREPARATION – MICROWAVE
Always follow heating instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. May be refrigerated overnight to thaw. Do not refrigerate longer than 3 days. Directions were developed using an 1100-watt microwave oven. Ovens vary. Heat times may need to be adjusted.
From Frozen:
1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel.
2. Microwave on defrost (30% power) for 1 minute 30 seconds or until thawed.
3. Turn sandwich over, microwave on HIGH for 65 seconds or until hot. (For compact microwave ovens lower than 850 watts, add 35-45 seconds, if needed.) 4. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute before serving.
From Refrigerated:
1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 65 seconds or until hot. (For compact microwave ovens lower than 850 watts, add 5-10 seconds, if needed.)
3. Let stand in microwave 1 minute before serving.
